Event is only open to attendees 21 and older.

Where is the event located?

Contigo Ranch, a scenic Hill Country setting in Fredericksburg, Texas. Venue arrival details and parking instructions will be shared with ticket holders prior to the event.

Is parking available?

Yes. Event parking information will be provided closer to the event date.

Is the event ADA accessible?

Are firearms allowed?

Firearms are not permitted.

How will I receive my ticket?

Tickets will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Photography and video is welcome. Share your pics with hashtag #SLTailgate!

Are animals permitted?

Animals are not permitted. Service/working animals are not considered pets and are exempt from this policy.

Is smoking allowed?

No smoking, vaping, or electronic cigarette usage is allowed at any Southern Living event.

What if there is inclement weather?

The event is rain or shine.

What if I have a food allergy?

The event will feature a wide variety of foods and beverages from all categories. We cannot guarantee that participating chefs will prepare dishes without common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, etc. Additionally, not all events will have vegetarian options available. It’s important to always ask the chef, server or vendor whether or not allergens or ingredients are in the dishes you are going to consume.
